She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Horn and Ella Horn (Horn); her husband Johnny Kirk, Sr.; her sons, Ricky Dean Kirk and Johnny Kirk, Jr.; her siblings, Harvey, Allen, Claude, Roy Horn, Irene Horn, Nadine Numpford, Amanda Johnson, Sally Spence, Pauline Maynard, Eloise Spence, Peachie Maynard, Olivene Bowen and Dolly Horn; her grandsons, Christopher Bowen, Justin Kirk, Dustin Kirk and Nathaniel Hinkle; and her great grandchild Liam Chase Bowen.
She is survived by: her children, Earl Bowen (Krissy) of Inez, KY, Kimberly Lynn Kirk of Prestonsburg, KY, Alisha Jude of Inez, KY and Amanda Meade of Inez, KY; her sisters, Ada Hardin of Inez, KY. and Pricie Kelly of Inez, KY.; and her grandchildren, Keesha Johnson (Raymond), Kirkland Bowen (Andrea), Ricky Bowen, Susan Kirk, Renee Kirk, Steven Kirk, Ricky Kirk, Brett Kirk, Ariel Meade, Isabella Jude and Katie Mills.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Kirk Memorial Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224).
