He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Blackburn and Laura Belle Blackburn; his nephew Brandon Mahon; and his sister-in-law Darlene Blackburn. He is survived by: his children, Donnie Gilliam of Morehead, KY, Mitchell Blade Blackburn of Georgetown, KY, Jason Blackburn of Georgetown, KY, Katrena Gilliam of Inez, KY, Justin Blackburn of Inez, KY, Lexi Young Blackburn of Inez, KY and Tristan Blackburn of Inez, KY; the mothers of children, Melissa Mills and Tonya Young Blackburn; his grandchildren, Keira Mollett and Maci Griffith; and his siblings, Willie Blackburn, Jr. of Ulysses, KY, Frank Blackburn of Ulysses, KY, Truly Mahon of Long Bottom, OH, Mary Blackburn of Inez, KY, Avonna Tiller of Tennessee, Vernaye Maynard of Troy, Raymond Blackburn, Jason Spence of Inez, KY and Eddie Ward of Paintsville, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost.
