She was predeceased by: her father Sam Finley; her former husband James Riggs, Sr.; her husband Shelton D. Moore; her daughters, Bertha Riggs and Mary Maynard; and her sisters, Bertha Mills and Hazel Muncy.
She is survived by: her son James Riggs of Inez, KY; and her siblings, Sid Finley of Inez, KY and Sarah Ruble of Louisiana. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
