She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Dale Maynard; her daughter Donna Gess (James) of Charleston, WV; her siblings, Johnny Scott of Louisa, KY, Jerome Scott, Jr. of Georgia and Exie Dillon of West Virginia; her grandchildren, Madison Gess, Emily Gess and Ayden Gess; and her great grandchild Autumn Goodman.
