She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Curtis, Sr. and Lillie Belle Testerman Horn; her son Garland Howell; the father of her child Garland Howell; and her siblings, Mitchell Curtis Horn, Jr., Wilda Francis Boggs and Debra Arlene Dalton.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Rowen Watson of Clay City, KY; her daughter-in-law Margaret Ausmus of New Tazwell, TN; her siblings, Jack Horn of Inez, KY, James Horn (Congetta) of Tomahawk, KY, Keith Horn (Ann) of Tomahawk, KY, Glenda MacBlane (Jerry) of Belleview, FL, Linda Sue Fyffe of Piketon, OH, Dorothy Crum of Inez, KY and Sharen Smith (Garfield) of Ulysses, KY.; and her stepchildren, Gary, Barry, Terry, Debbie and Sherry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
