She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Horn and Lizzie Dalton Horn; and her siblings, Lester Horn and Martha Horn. She is survived by: her husband Elijah Stepp; her daughters, Kaitlyn Stepp of Mount Sterling, KY and Megan Stepp (Adrian Smith) of Hazard, KY; and her sisters, Evalene Sesco of Inez, KY and Lurie Mae Thoroughman of Vanceburg, KY..
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
