She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Stepp and Gladys Fitch Stepp of Inez, KY.; her husband Gary Dean Mitchell; her siblings, James Henry Stepp, Susie Mollett and Dicie Greer; her siblings-in-law, Susie Stepp, Truman Hackney, Jim Hensley and Ray Mollett; and her niece Sharion Yaunk.
She is survived by: her son Michael Dean Mitchell (Melanie) of Inez, KY; her siblings, Jasper Stepp of Tomahawk, KY, Larry Stepp of Inez, KY, Irene Hensley of Inez, KY and Judy Clark (Gerald) of Inez, KY; her grandchildren, Zackry Mitchell (Makayla Johnson) of Floyd County and Caleb Mitchell of Lexington, KY; and her great grandchild Katrina Danielle Mitchell of Floyd County.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224).
