He was predeceased by: his parents, John Testerman and Wilda Crum Testerman; and his siblings, Lillie Belle Horn, Dorothy Sammons, James Testerman, Curtis Testerman, Clyde Testerman and Willis Testerman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond Testerman (Trudy) of Columbus and Delcie Testerman Fitch of Inez; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Testerman of Prestonsburg and Loretta Testerman of Inez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
