He is survived by: his daughters, Regina Savage (George) of Kermit, WV, Jennifer Gullett (Troy) of Pilgrim, KY and Stephanie Howell of Inez, KY; his siblings, Floyd Howell of Pilgrim, KY, James "Buddy" Howell of Inez, KY, Faye Jude of Pilgrim, KY, Judy Jude of Pilgrim, KY, Vistie Fletcher of Pilgrim, KY, Rebecca of Inez, KY. and Connie Howell of Inez, KY.; his grandchildren, Emily Howell, Alex Adkins, Kaitlyn Dabe (JT), Corey Savage, Caleb Savage, Chase Howell, Gabby Marcum and Desirae Gullett; and his great grandchildren, Kayden Adkins, Greyson Adkins, Kobe Adkins and Jayden Dabe.
