He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Bowen Wellman; his children, James David Kalayil (AJ) of Chicago, IL, Brandy Lynn Daniels (Kenneth) of Inez, KY and Jennifer May (Brandon) of Inez, KY; his brother Blaine Wellman of Kenova, WV.; and his grandchildren, Beyaunka Wellman, Connor May, Chloe May, Bowen Kalayil and Maeve Kalayil.
