It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Marcum (Inez, Kentucky), born in Martin, Kentucky, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Marcum and Mary Jane Marcum. He is survived by: his wife Betty Marcum (Proctor); his son Michael Marcum (Priscilla); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jordan Marcum and Phyleesha Karp (Jake); his great grandchild Sebastion Karp; his daughter Tanya Horn (Marcum); his granddaughter Erinne Horn; and his siblings, Rosie, Emma, Kathy, Donald, Ray, Chico and Joe. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
