He is survived by: his wife Lorna Kirk Cassady; his children, James Aaron Cassady of Inez, KY, Joshua Morgan Everette Cassady (Heather) of Inez, KY and Jessica Elizabeth Clementine Cassady (Casey Baker) of Inez, KY; his siblings, Monroe Cassady of Inez, KY, Bill of Fallsburg, KY, Thomas Cassady of Fallsburg, KY, Clark Cassady of Blaine, KY and Lois Walker of Inez, KY.; his grandchildren, Jenna Elyse Cassady, James Ethan Cassady and Waylon Isaac Horn; and his great-nephew Jett Riley Blair. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
