He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Mills and Vicie Mills Oliver (Dalton); and his brothers, Elmer Ray Mills and Evrett Mills. He is survived by: his children, Floyd E. Mills, Jr. (Margie) of Prestonsburg, KY, Stephen Lamar Mills of Louisville, KY, Justin Kyle Mills of Oregon, Eric Allen Jude (Amanda) of Inez, KY, Jacquelyn Renea Stacy (Frankie) of South Carolina and Vicky Perkins; and his sisters, Jackie Galer of Inez, KY, Shelia Crum of Inez, KY and Iva Jude (Odias) of Inez, KY.. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
