He is survived by: his children, Richard Dale Sansom, Selma Jean Sansom (Perry), Elmer Jr. Kirk (Lisa), Everett Kirk (Wanda), Paul Kirk and John Herman Kirk (Regina); and his siblings, Harriet Meade (Paul), Idamae Ward (Kenneth), Lorna Cassady (James), John Roy Kirk (Tammy), Norma McCormick (Brent) and Joe Thomas Kirk. He is also survived by 24 Grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren.
