It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Hall of Inez, Kentucky, who passed away on October 6, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Fields and Florence Fields White; her former husband William Isaac Bowen; her husband Lewis Hall; her daughter Sharon Kay Chavez; and her sons-in-law, Charles Stafford and James "Slim" Wellman.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Bowen (Dawn) of Danville, KY, Joey Bowen of Inez, KY, Carolyn Stafford of Mount Sterling, KY, Mary Wellman of Inez, KY, Ruth Phelps of Staffordsville, KY, Brenda Moore Pack (Phillip) of Staffordsville, KY, Norma Mills of Tutor Key, KY and Ida Bowen of Bowling Green, KY; her stepchildren, Carolyn Crislip, Kathy Hall and Danny Hall; her siblings, Don Fields of Columbus, OH and Jane Marcum of Columbus, OH.; and her grandchildren, C. J. Stafford of Michael Stafford, J. D, Kalayil, Brandy Daniels, Jennifer May, Virgil Matthew "Turtle" Johnson, Kara Bowen, Jeremy Bowen, Joshua Bowen, Amber Bowen, Zachary Moore, Matthew Pack, Emily Pack, Hannah Goldman, Coty Phelps, Gabrielle Mills, Alex "Poo" Bowen, Trevor Bowen, Tristan Bowen, Austin Bowen, Isaac Bowen, Emma Joe Bowen, Logan Bowen, Lily Grace Bowen, Nevaeh Bowen, Jordan Faith Keith, Debbie Alvarez and Eppi Chavez.
