He is survived by: his wife Paula Maher Allen; his children, Cassandra Allen of Lowmansville, KY and James Benjamin Allen of Inez; his siblings, Roy Allen (Sue Mills) of Wittensville, KY, Tommy Dale Allen (Kathy) of Ulysses, KY, Randy Allen (Kim) of Inez, KY, Betty Elizabeth Jaramillo of Lexington, KY, Charlotta Allen of Louisa, KY and Darlene Allen Lowe (Ray) of Ashland, KY.; and his grandchild Blake Fletcher.
