Denny left this world on March 30, 2025 at the age of 65, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Moore and Susie Moore (Preece); and his siblings, Delmer Lee Moore and Eillene Patrick (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Moore (Howard) of Inez, KY; his children, McKinley Ray Moore of Louisville, KY, Houston Raymond Dalton of Tomahawk, KY and Kayla Moore Vanhoose (J. R.) of Paintsville, KY; his siblings, Thomas Mitchell Moore (Brenda) of Frankfort, KY, Diana Norris (Jerry) of Inez, KY and Connie Staton (Joe) of Inez, KY; his sister-in-law Brenda Moore; his granddaughter Taylor Vanhoose; and his pet Sissy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his home church, Bethel United Baptist Church or the Kentucky Humane Society.
