He is survived by: his father Ralph Moore; his wife Angel Moore (Wiley) of Inez, KY; his children, Delmar Ray Moore (Brittany) of Paintsville, KY, Steven Moore of Inez, KY, Joshua Lee Moore of Inez, KY and Sabrina Nicole Moore of Inez, KY; his siblings, Vernal Moore (Diana) of Inez, KY, Ralph Mitchell Moore (April) of Inez, KY, Diane Mills (Richard) of Inez, KY. and Teresa Mills (Larry) of Inez, KY.; and his grandchildren, Rylan, Brantlee, Remington and Kira Moore.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, August 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
