She is survived by: her husband Willis Cook; her daughters, Kandy Evans of Inez, KY and Amy Begley (Dion) of Inez, KY; her siblings, Larry Jarrell of Inez, KY, Auxier Ray Jarrell of Louisa, KY, Eli Jarrell of Louisa, KY, Millie Begley of Hyden, KY and Ruth Dalton of Louisa, KY.; her grandchildren, Amanda, Curtis, Kelli, Katie and Shane; and her great grandchildren, Ayden, Mason, Drake, Harper, Mila, Max and Lilly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
