He is survived by: his son Dewey Bowen (Sissy) of Kermit; his grandchildren, Cody Jude of Inez, KY, Michael Jude of Kermit, WV, Christopher Bowen and Breanna Bowen of Kermit, WV; his great grandchildren, Brayden Jude, Caleb Jude of Kermit and Brantley Jude of Inez, KY; and his siblings, Larry Bowen (Peggy) of Ohio, Ronnie Bowen of Tomahawk, KY, Bonnie Sites of Paintsville, KY, Betty Cline of Paintsville, KY and Daisy Fraley (Darrell) of Inez, KY..
