He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Frank and Mary Elizabeth Justice (Crum); his wife Darlene Justice (Muncy); his son Jeffery Allen Justice; and his siblings, Leo Justice, Esta Mannings and Dorothy Whitt.
He is survived by: his sister Lucy Grizzell of Columbus, OH; his children, Frankie Lee Justice of Inez, KY and Kathy Goble of Inez, KY; his grandchildren, Brian Justice Darnell of Georgetown, KY and Brandi Cook of Inez, KY; and his great grandchildren, Keira Cook and Bryson Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
