He was predeceased by: his father Hobert Bowen; and his stepfather Don Harless. He is survived by: his mother Carmen Bowen Harless; his daughter Alexis "Lexie" Faith Bowen; and his sisters, Brenda Marcum (Craig) of Ulysses, KY, Rita Fitch (Charley) of Inez, KY and Stephanie Bowen (Elmer Dials) of Huntington, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles and loving friends.
