He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Osborne and Magdalene Webb Osborne; his aunt Belva Osborne; and his close friend Terry Bardstow. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Brian Osborne of Milo, KY, David Bradley Osborne of Savannah, GA and Lisa Marie Osborne Lykins of West Liberty, KY; his siblings, James Osborne of Milo, KY, Dallas Osborne of Columbus, OH, Daniel Osborne of Crest Lane, OH, Patricia Zapien of Circleville, OH and Debra Duncan of Asheville, OH.; and his grandchildren, McKenna Osborne, KayLynn Blankenship, Mason Blankenship, Ty Blankenship and Salem Lykins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with service cost.
