He was predeceased by: his parents, Geoffrey Davis and Blanche Davis; his wife Lucille Bledsoe; and his siblings, William John Davis and Martha Elizabeth Schoonover.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jan Vogelgesang (Eugene) of LaSalle, Illinois, Kaye King (Terry) of Louisa, Kentucky and Gail Copeland (Kris); his grandchildren, Brad Vogelgesang, Ellen Prall, Tabitha Mund, Becky Copeland, Kathryn Copeland Griewe and Kelly Price; and his siblings, Geoffrey Davis (Carol), Mae Lou Fredeking (Howard) of Sullivan and Carolyn Powers. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
