She was predeceased by: her mother Ida Smith (Jude). She is survived by: her father Russell Smith of Inez, KY; her siblings, Sharon Smith of Inez, KY, Hazel Smith of Inez, KY and Craig Smith of Inez, KY; and her caregiver Ada Harmon.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
