She was predeceased by: her parents, Bascom Horn and Millie Harris Horn; her husband Ralph Williams; her children, Eddie Williams, James Orson Williams and Elizabeth Ann Williams; and her son-in-law Lonnie Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Williams (Phyllis) of Inez, KY, Marcia Preece (Rayne) of Inez, KY and Jane Osborne of Inez, KY; her daughter-in-law Karen Williams; and her sister Glendene Pack of Inez, KY.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
