She is survived by: her brothers, Alan Lewis Azeltine and Fredrick Walter Azeltine; her children, Joseph Scott Pryse, Sonny Rae Pryse and Shana Marie Carlton; and her siblings, Robert Merrell Azeltine, LeRoy Eugene Azeltine, James Richard Azeltine and Charlene Denise Holland. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
