He is survived by: his children, Loretta Hall (Jack), Lisa Noonchester, April Noonchester, Sheila Cooper, Robert Noonchester (Cheryl), William Noonchester, Jr. (Betty Jo) and Mike Noonchester (Gina); and his siblings, Lora Watkins and Walter Noonchester. He is also survived by grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
