He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Mary Lilly Collins; and his sister Mary Emma Hammons. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Collins; his sons, Donald Collins (Cuncray), Douglas Collins (Pam), Daryl Collins (Tony) and Darin Collins (Anna); and his grandchildren, Michael Collins (Stephanie), Billy Collins (Andrew), Bradley Collins (Stephanie), Allison Collins, James Collins (Courtney), John Collins (Sarah), Emily Blevins (Matthew), Gregory Collins (Autumn) and Ryan Collins. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Due to Covid-19 state restrictions, occupancy will be limited to 50% while still enforcing 6 feet of social distancing and requiring the wearing of face masks.
