He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jo Ann Gauck (Dorsey); his daughters, Sandra Vetter (David), Terri Wodraska (David), Mary Jo Gleason (Matt), Vickie Eberhart and Danielle Ryan (Adam); his grandchildren, Julie, Nicole Vetter, Austin Wodraska (Kalen), Carl "CJ" Day (Tiffany), Tori Day, Elizabeth Baker, Makenzie Eberhart and Gracie Ryan; his parents, Norbert Gauck and Frances Gauck (Kappes); and his siblings, Norbert Gauck of Kentucky, Robert Gauck of Kentucky, Shirley Gauck of Indiana, Jerome "Jiggs" Gauck and John Gauck.
