He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Lisa Ballinger Johnson and Kelly Wayne Ballinger (Jenny); his niece Joyce-Martin Wells (Bill); his brother Ronald Ballinger; his grandchildren, Andrew Wayne Ballinger (Brittney), Aric Johnson, Tyler Ballinger, Alisha Johnson, Carly Rae Hickey (Logan) and Cassidy Ballinger Boone; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Wayne Ballinger and Ezra Hickey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the LVAD Heart Unit of the Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, OH or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
