He was predeceased by: his parents, James Downs and Carol Downs; and his grandparents, Andy Bailey and Nell Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings, Melissa O'Brien (Mark), Todd Downs (Tressa) and Terry Downs (Sheila); his uncle Andy Bailey (Margie); his nieces and nephews, Chris O'Brien (Nancy), Kelly Lindsey (Jimi), Cooper Downs (Abbey), Beau Downs, Colten Downs and Bailey Downs; and also, Brian Bailey (Jody) and Heather Reffitt (Zach). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
