She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudy Garner and Nancy Garner. She is survived by: her husband Mark Duncan; her daughters, Sarah Duncan and Samantha Duncan; her stepson Mark Spencer; her brother John Garner; and her grandson Lathan Spencer.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, face masks are required, social distancing is encouraged, and 60% capacity will be limited at the funeral home.
