She was predeceased by: her husband Warren L. Van Horn; her grandson Mark "Allen" Van Horn; and her daughter-in-law Myrna Joy Van Horn. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Van Horn (Debbie) and Mark Van Horn (Edie); and her grandchildren, Amy Van Horn (Chris Schwab), Susan Armstrong, Mark Vargas (Jodi), Sami McCarthy, Michael Breeze and Jason Gibson. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
