He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith Davis; his stepchildren, Karen Carmony (Tom), Kimberly Flanagan (Kevin) and Richard Smith (Brooke); his grandchildren, Elyssa Carmony, Brandon Carmony, Matthew Flanagan, Philip Flanagan, Kollie Flanagan, Andrew Smith and Landon Smith; his great grandchildren, June Popp, Ember Wainscott and Emmett Flanagan; and his sister Charlotte Burchell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Church (5313 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions for Stephen may be made to St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Church.
