It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Marie Forsyth (Independence, Kentucky), born in Edgewood, Kentucky, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Stephen Raymond Kaelin, Jr.; her grandparents, Jean, Raymond Kaelin, Susie, Carl Williamson and William Feldhaus; and her brother-in-law Ronnie Forsyth II.
She is survived by: her husband Kirby Forsyth; her children, Ethan Forsyth, Alena Forsyth and Edyn Susie Rae Forsyth; her parents, Stephen Kaelin and Annie Kaelin; her siblings, Jason Perry, Ansun Perry, Amanda Gilreath (Matthew), James "Jimmy" Kaelin (Trish), Amy Kaelin (Chris), Hannah Findley (Steve) and Robin Blevins (Chris); her sisters-in-law, Rachal Bricking and Amanda Bray; her aunt Jeanne Feldhaus; and her close friends, Tamarah, Chris Mullins, Jason and Krystal Chandler. She is also survived by other friends and relatives.
