She was predeceased by: her parent Quimby VanHoose. She is survived by: her daughter Nyla Ann Whitehead of Independence, KY; her sister Myrtle Evelyn Blanton of Taylors Mill, KY; and her granddaughters, Melissa Whitehead and Megan Whitehead.
