She is survived by: her parents, Rick Bradshaw and Ramona Bradshaw; her husband Lee Brown; her children, Eric Bradshaw, Christian Brown and Josey Brown; and her sisters, Katherine Bradshaw, Wanda Short (Tim) and Rebekah Trowbridge (Darrin). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorial contributions be made in Sarah's name to Bethesda Community Church, 989 E Mt Zion Rd, Independence, Kentucky 41051.
