He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeldon "Bud" Bush and Judy Bush; his wife Vicki Lynn Bush; his stepdaughter Vicki Bridewell; his brother Larry Bush; and his sister-in-law Chris Bush.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Feldhaus (Tad), Andrew Garrett Bush (Natasha Walls), Kayla Bush, Benny Shelton and Heather Barnes (Charlie); his sister Gail Lindon (late Paul); his grandchildren, Isabelle Feldhaus, Ava Feldhaus and Finn Feldhaus; and his pet Gio. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
