She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Benita Noel. She is survived by: her husband David Noel; her children, Dylan and Shawn Noel; her mother Kathleen Turner; her siblings, David Lee Turner II and Rebecca Rider (Cliff); and her father-in-law Timothy Noel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
