He was predeceased by: his mother Magdalene Keith; and his sister Sheila Keith. He is survived by: his father Homer Keith; his brothers, Wayne Keith (Susan) and Glenn Keith (Sherry); his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Keith (Shanna), Matthew Keith, Andrew Keith, Tara Reid (Michael) and Courtney Vaughn (Todd); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Avery, Harper, Ellinor, Greyson and Wesson. He is also survived by friends including one special friend.
