It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Halpin of Independence, Kentucky, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Halpin and Dorothy Halpin; his close friend Alan Gribbins; and his sister-in-law Donna Halpin. He is survived by: his siblings, John Halpin, Jim Halpin of Taylor Mill, KY, Dennis Halpin of Hallettsville, TX, William Halpin of Irvine, CA, Mary Taney of Westchester, OH and Patricia Taney of Independence, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as many other friends and relatives.
