He is survived by: his parent Ozella Kohake; his wife Dotty Kohake; his children, David Kohake (Lori), Debbie Kohake Scott (Tony Roland), Leslee Inyart (David) and Mark Moore (Denise); his brothers-in-law, Ralph Grome and Gene Wells (Marty); his grandchildren, Nikki Scott, Justin Kohake, Michael Moore, Kaitlyn Moore and Brooke Inyart; and his great grandchildren, Addison Scott and Hunter Hood. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
