She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Ward and Mintie Ward (Cawell); her husband Robert Ray Hensley; her son Robert Anthony Hensley; and her great grandchild Hunter Lee Carpenter.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Penick; her grandsons, Brandon Lee Carpenter and Steven Allen Hensley; her great grandchildren, Chelsey Marie Carpenter, Heaven Lee Angel Carpenter and Audney Hensley; and her brother Jack Ward.
