He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Stamper and Christine Stamper (Rose); and his daughters, Pamela Stamper and Melissa Taylor. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Proffitt and Patricia Stamper; his daughters, Cathy Milhoan (Wayne) and Janie Milhoan; his brother Ralph Stamper (Alta); and his nieces, Julie, Bobbie Jo and Tina.
