He is survived by: his wife Connie Clark (Cooper); his children, Mark W. Clark, Jr. (Juliane), Robert Shakelford (Cheryl), Richard Bridewell, Natalie Hafer (Paul) and Phyllis Stephens (Charles); and his sister Carol Worthman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
