It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcus Clark Cook Jr. of Independence, Kentucky, born in Corinth, Kentucky, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus C. Cook and Mildred E. Cook. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Cook, Helen Cook, Darlene Rayborn, Margina Kennedy (Cook) and Matthew C. Cook of Independence; his daughter-in-law Jenna "Sweet" Cook; and his grandchildren, Moriah Kennedy, Cailey Kennedy, Nariah Sweet, Leyah Merida and Ashlynn Cook. He is also survived by his children and grand babies.
