He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Evans; his children, Sheila Brown (Randy) and Lowell Evans Jr.; his siblings, Sidney Evans, Keith Evans (Barbara), Sue Wagers (Roy) and Drenda McCowan (James); his grandchildren, Nathan Parr (Sunny), Evan Parr (Felicia), Chad, Jessica, Sawyer, Dillon Evans and Billie Sue; and his great grandchildren, Cayden Evans, Adelynn Evans and Teegan Parr.

Memorial donations in Lowell's name may be made payable to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 S Loop Road, Edgewood, KY, 41017.
