It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard Spegal (Independence, Kentucky), who passed away on May 4, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Spegal; his daughter Patricia "Patty" Spegal-Cox; and his son-in-law Jeff Fisk. He is survived by: his daughter Sue Fisk; his grandchildren, Beau Fisk, Dana Locklear (Brian), Devin Watkins and Diana Bay (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Leah, Hannah, Lillian, Sebastian and McKenna.
