He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Spegal; his daughter Patricia "Patty" Spegal-Cox; and his son-in-law Jeff Fisk. He is survived by: his daughter Sue Fisk; his grandchildren, Beau Fisk, Dana Locklear (Brian), Devin Watkins and Diana Bay (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Leah, Hannah, Lillian, Sebastian and McKenna.
