We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2023, at the age of 78, Larah Jean Kidd of Independence, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Abney and Georgia Abney (Jones); her children, Rita Kidd and Donald Kidd; and her great grandchild Carter Helmle.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly Kidd, Becky Kidd Gunyon (Robert) and James "Jimmy" Kidd; and her grandchildren, Larah Roach, Stephanie Ballinger (Stevi), Jordan Wilson, Ashten Kidd, Dakota Kidd, Michael Gunyon and Joseph "Adam" Lahner. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
